District & Sessions Judge, Madurai on 19.03.2019 in Crl.R.P.No.55 of 2018 thereby confirming the order dated 04.09.2018 passed by the learned Magistrate of Fast Track Court No.1, Madurai in Crl.M.P.No.3758/2018 in S.T.C.No.630/2013 and further set aside the order dated 04.09.2018 passed by the learned Magistrate of Fast Track Court No.1, in Crl.M.P.No.3758/2018 in S.T.C.No.630 of 2013 on the file of the Fast Tract Court No.

1 (Magisterial Level), Madurai and direct the learned Magistrate of Fast Track Court NO.1 (Magisterial Level), Madurai to send the Ex.P1 cheque for Expert Opinion by allowing the Crl.M.P.No.3758/2018 in S.T.C.No.630/2013 on the file of the Fast Track Court No.1, (Magisterial Level), Madurai.
