This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to modify the condition No.(i) imposed in Cr.M.P.953 of 2024, vide order dated 20.03.2024, on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur.

2.The petitioner is an accused in Cr.No.32 of 2024 on the file of the second respondent, registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 448 and 506(ii) IPC r/w 3(1) TNPPDL Act and Section 4 of TNPHW Act. Considering the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner, the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, directed him to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the credit of said Crime No.32 of 2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchuli. However, the petitioner without complying with the same, has filed this petition seeking modification of the said condition. 3.When the matter came up for hearing before this Court, the petitioner has come forward with a Demand Draft for a sum of Rs.50,000/- and sought time to deposit the said amount to the credit of the aforesaid Crime No.32 of 2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchuli.

4.Since the petitioner has taken the Demand Draft for a sum of Rs.50,000/-, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court and deposit the same before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchuli. 2/3
