O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to not to excommunicate the petitioner and his family from their native place by providing police protection if warrants and consequently direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to not to interfere with the job of the petitioner.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that no any communication received from the petitioner in respect of alleged ex-communication. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 would submit that no any communication received from the petitioner in respect of alleged ex-communication and denied the allegations leveled against them.

4.Though the petitioner has produced the copy of complaint dated 06.03.2025, no proof for receipt of complaint by the first respondent was produced. Therefore, it is for the petitioner to approach the first respondent by way of giving specific representation and if any 2/4

representation is being made by the petitioner, the first respondent shall consider the same in accordance with law after affording opportunity to both parties 5.With the above observations and direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
