[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner is the mother of the detenu, who has filed this petition on the premise that the detenu is in the illegal custody of the fourth respondent.

2.Today, the detenu is produced before this Court and she informed us in person that she has married the fourth respondent voluntarily and now living with him.

3.In such view of the matter, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
