ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 294(b) and 506(i) I.P.C., in Crime No.189 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Since a very substantial sum has to be paid to the defacto complainant, this Court directed the petitioner and his counsel to have a talk with the learned counsel appearing for the defacto complainant so as to amicably resolve the issue. This Court gave interim protection to the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the defacto complainant submitted that neither the petitioner nor his counsel bother to sit https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ with him to resolve the issue.
