ORDER

According to the petitioner, he made a complaint against the proposed accused persons. But, so far, no action has been taken on the said complaint. Hence, the present Criminal Original Petition has been filed.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that enquiry is pending before the second respondent police.

3.Considering the fact that the enquiry is pending before the second respondent, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry. During the enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, upon notice to the proposed accused, the second respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

shall register the complaint and if there is no cognizable offence made out, the second respondent shall not proceed further. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
