ORDER

The petitioners have filed this Criminal Original Petition seeking to quash the proceedings pending against them in D.V.O.P.No.3 of 2016, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tirumangalam, which was instituted at the instance of the first respondent herein.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the proceedings in D.V.O.P.No.3 of 2016 has been concluded, in view of a compromise entered into between the parties. He has also produced a copy of the order dated 24.04.2017 passed in D.V.O.P.No.3 of 2016.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed as no further order is required to be passed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
