ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner had earlier filed Cr.O.P.(MD)No.5955 of 2019 seeking grant of anticipatory bail. By order dated 30.04.2019, this Court had dismissed the same. There is no change in circumstances.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) would point out that the petitioner along with others collected Rs.15,000/- each https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ from 300 persons and issued bogus patta.

4. Taking note of the serious allegation made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant any relief. The Criminal Original petition stands dismissed.
