PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent to give police protection for the petitioner's life and limb and also his properties on the basis of their complaint dated 31.05.2019 in accordance with law. ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent to give police protection for the petitioner's life and limb and also his properties on the basis of their complaint dated 31.05.2019 in accordance with law.

2. It is seen that the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 31.05.2019 as against the third respondent is pending on the file of the second respondent seeking police protection.

3.
