O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Pursuant to our earlier order, dated 13.07.2017 both the detenu and her husband are present along with children. The husband of the detenue curiously informed us that he would take the detenu back. Today, we have advised the detenu and she is willing to join with her husband and to take care of her minor children. Thus, we find there is no illegal detention. We have also advised the petitioner.

2. For the above reasons, no further orders are necessary in this Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
