ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking orders to call for the FIR in Crime No. 68 of 2009 pending on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2. On the basis of the complaint lodged by the second respondent, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.68 of 2009 for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(i) of IPC r/w 306 of IPC on the file of the first respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 23.12.2021, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation was completed and they are going to file the charge sheet shortly.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the second respondent is present. The Inspector of Police, Uppiliapuram Police Station, Thuraiyur Taluk, Trichy District is present virtually and he submitted that the final report has been filed before the Court of the Judicial Magistrate yesterday i.e., on 24.01.2022.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the submission made by the Inspector of Police and the learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) may be recorded and this petition may be closed.
