ORDER
With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage.
2. I have heard Mr.P.Pandia Rajan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.I.Suthakaran, learned Standing Counsel, who takes notice for the respondents.
3. The petitioner has issued a notice to the respondents Bank through a lawyer on 09.11.2024. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents have not responded to the said notice seeking information in respect of 13 items which have been set out in detail, in the said notice dated 09.11.2024.
4. However, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the bank is in the process of sending a detailed reply to the petitioner.

In view of the said statement of the learned Standing Counsel, if at all the petitioner, is aggrieved by the reply and any non-furnishing of the information as sought for originally, it shall be open to the petitioner to work out the remedy in accordance with law. The learned Standing counsel for the respondents submits that the petition as against the NBFC is not maintainable under the provisions of the Right to Information Act, however, he would submit that the bank is in the process of replying.
