*********** [Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] The petitioner is the mother of the detenu. According to the petitioner, the detenu is missing for few months. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the case has been registered against the detenu and it is pending for disposal on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai in C.C.No.259 of 2013, in which, NonBailable Warrant has already been issued against the detenu and for that reason, he is absconding. Thus, we find there is no illegal detention.

3.In view of the above submission, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
