The Hon`ble High Court while hearing the CRL OP(MD). No.8243 of 2019 on 3.1.2022. has passed an order as follows: When the matter was taken up for hearing on 30.11.2021, this Court, on considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate that final report has already been filed before the Special Court for Land Grabbing Cases, Trichy on 16.05.2015 and the case was not taken on file, directed the Registry to get a report from the Special Court for Land Grabbing Cases, Trichy. No report has been received till now. Hence, Registry is directed to get a report at earliest.
