Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.RAMESHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6086 of 2020 on 15.06.2020. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6086 of 2020 on 23.06.2020 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

CRL MP(MD) No.3769 of 2020 counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6086 of 2020 on 15.06.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report the respondent police once in a week (i.e.,) Every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
