This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to delete the name of the petitioner from the history sheet maintained by the respondents 3 & 4 herein by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 09.04.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made a representation, dated 09.04.2018 seeking to delete the name of the petitioner in the History Sheet. No action has been taken so far on the said representation of the petitioner and the same is pending. Hence, the petitioner filed this present writ petition before this Court with the aforesaid prayer.
4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation filed by the petitioner would be considered by the respondents in accordance with law.
5.By taking into consideration of the submissions made by the parties, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 09.04.2018 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing an opportunity to the petitioner.
6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
