PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent police to register the petitioner's complaint as per order of passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Tiruchirappalli, in Crl. M.P. No.4295 of 2018, dated 01.10.2018 as an FIR, within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to register the FIR based on the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Tiruchirappalli, in Crl. M.P. No.4295 of 2018, dated 01.10.2018, within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 8260 of 2019 direction issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Tiruchirappalli, the second respondent police has registered a case in Crime No.364 of 2019, dated 11.09.2019. The statement is recorded.
