ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J.] The detenue is produced before this Court. When we enquired, the detenue stated that she voluntarily left the parental home and was living with the fourth respondent, knowing fully well that the fourth respondent was already married. She further stated that she is not under illegal detention. The statement of the detenue is recorded.

2. Since the detenue is a major and she expressed her unwillingness to go along with the petitioner, nothing survives in

this petition for adjudication. The detenue is set at liberty. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
