(Order of the Court was delivered by M.SATHYANARAYANAN,J.) After some arguments, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this contempt petition with liberty to avail the appropriate remedy before the very same Bench, which has passed the judgment dated 22.10.2019 in W.A.(MD)No.1056 of 2019 and also undertakes to make an endorsement through e-mail to the Registry of this Court.

2. In the light of the same, the Contempt Petition is closed and the liberty sought for by the petitioner is granted.
