O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the Respondents to execute the Warrant issued against one Habeena Rani, by the Judicial Magistrate Court, Paramakudi in S.T.C.No.615 of 2015 dated 20.08.2015.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that pending this petition, the said Habeena Rani appeared before the Court below and the non-bailable warrant issued against her was re-called and subsequently, since she did not appear before the Court, again non-bailable warrant was issued against her on 12.05.2016 and based on the same, she was arrested and produced before the concerned Magistrate and the learned Magistrate has granted bail to her.

3. In view of the above, there is no need to pass any further order in this petition filed by the petitioner to execute the warrant issued against the said Habeena Rani.

4. Hence, recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
