ORDER:- Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this court and the requisition letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thoothukudi through the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thoothukudi (FAC), (Subordinate Judge, Thoothukudi) vide the letter in D.No.A1/469/2021, dated 16/02/2021 and none appearance of the both the counsels, this Court made the following order: This Court directed the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tuticorin to complete the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order passed in Crl.O.P(MD) No.8296 of 2019 on 25.10.2019. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tuticorin has sought for further extension of time of six months.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tuticorin in the letter in D.No.A1/469//2021 dated 16.02.2021 addressed to the Registry of this Court.

3.In the circumstances, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tuticorin is directed to dispose of C.C.No.419 of 2011 as expeditiously as possible.
