ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to withdraw the case in Crime No. 39 of 2019 pending on the file of the second respondent police and transfer the investigation to the third respondent or any other independent investigating agency.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Keeranur on 24.07.2019 and the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance in PRC No. 16 of 2019. He would further submit that all the accused have appeared and the case is posted to 30.12.2019 for committal to the Court of Sessions.
3. In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. If the petitioner is aggrieved, he is at liberty to approach the concerned Court in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
