O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to execute the Non Bailable Warrant issued against the accused who is facing a criminal complaint under Section 138 of NI Act.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that NBW was issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kovilpatti on 26.09.2013 and till date the same has not been executed. 3.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the accused person has gone abroad and therefore, the Police is not in position to execute the NBW.

4.The respondent Police is directed to take steps to get a Look https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Out Circular issued against the accused person namely Selvaraj and

take steps to secure him and produce him before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kovilpatti, as expeditiously as possible. 5.The criminal original petition is disposed of with the above direction.
