This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A(MD) No.288 of 2026, dated 06.03.2026, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to stay at Virudhungar District and report before the Inspector of Police, Rajapalayam Town Police Station, daily at 10.30 am., until further orders.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner assures that there will not be any threat to the defacto complainant.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 11 days.

4.Since it is reported that the petitioner has complied with the condition regularly and also the petitioner's counsel assures that there 2/4

will not be any threat for the defacto complainant, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A(MD) No.288 of 2026, dated 06.03.2026 is relaxed.
