This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking orders to call for the records pertaining to the M.C.No.29 of 2018 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukkottai and quash the same.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondents have already withdrawn the case in M.C.No.29 of 2018, and as such, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
