This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.(MD). No.12346 of 2025 dated 21.08.2025.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and in this case charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Court, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in toto. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
