WHEREAS upon motion this day made unto this Court by MR.K.A.S.PRABHU, Advocate for the petitioner and the petitioner praying this Court to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the entire records in detention order passed in C.O.C.No.47/2017 dated 06.07.2017 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein and set aside the same as illegal and direct the respondents to produce the petitioner namely Prabhu @ Rajeshkanna, S/o. Dhanapal, male, aged 35 years, who is detained in Central Prison, Tiruchirappalli before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty and thus render Justice. WHEREAS this Court hath directed issue of notice, returnable by Friday, the Eleventh day of August, Two Thousand and Seventeen (11.08.2017) to the respondents herein to show cause why this petition should not be complied with.
