WHEREAS upon motion this day made unto this Court by MR.K.A.S.PRABHU, Advocate for the petitioner and the petitioner praying this Court to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the entire records in detention order passed in C.O.C.No.47/2017 dated 06.07.2017 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein and set aside the same as illegal and direct the respondents to produce the petitioner namely Prabhu @ Rajeshkanna, S/o. Dhanapal, male, aged 35 years, who is detained in Central Prison, Tiruchirappalli before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty and thus render Justice.
