The Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the impugned summon issued by the Special Court under TNPID (IN F.ES) Act, 1997, Madurai in C.C. No. 4 of 2018.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that prayer sought for by the petitioners is infructuous. The statement is recorded.
