ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to to extend the time to furnish sureties in Crl.OP(MD)No.23123 of 2025 dated 21.01.2026.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed by the petitioner that he had already challenged the order of this Court before the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP(Criminal) No.4115 of 2026 and the same was dismissed on 10.02.2026, therefore he could not mobilise funds and comply the conditions imposed by this Court within the stipulated time, this Court is inclined to extend the time limit for compliance with the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P. (MD) No. 23123 of 2025 till 15.04.2026.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
