Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.S.JEYAKARTHIK, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.RMS.SETHURAMAN, Standing Counsel on behalf of the Respondents, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 729 days in preferring the present Criminal Appeal against the conviction order, dated 02.03.2019 made in S.C.No.139 of 2014 on the file of the learned Special Judge, PCR Court, Sivagangai. 2.Heard both side.

CRL MP(MD) No.4173 of 2021 4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and in the interest of justice, this petition is allowed on payment of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand Only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund (payable in Accounts Section of the High Court Registry), on or before 06.07.2021, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
