ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, in connection with a case in Crime No.Not known of 2024, for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 420, 406 and 506(ii) IPC, have filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners have abused the defacto 1/3

complainant in filthy language, threatened him with dire consequences and also cheated him. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that the respondent police have not registered any criminal case.

5. Since there is no complaint or petition enquiry or any criminal case is pending as against the petitioner, the apprehension of the petitioner is unwarranted.
