RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted in the above Crl.O.P(MD).No.6939 of 2020 order dated 15.07.2020 for further period to deposit the amount before the Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MAHALAKSHMI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to deposit the amount before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that earlier this Court by an order, dated 15.07.2020 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on condition to deposit a sum of Rs.10 Lakhs to the credit of Crime No. 270 of 2020 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi, on or before 22.07.2020 and he is further directed to deposit the remaining amount of Rs.18 Lakhs on or before 07.09.2020. 3. Considering the request, time granted by this Court vide order dated 15.07.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6939 of 2020 is extended by one week from today.
