This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to to extend the time to furnish sureties in Crl.OP(MD)No.18354 of 2025 dated 23.10.2025.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed by the petitioner that due to personal reasons he could not arrange sureties and comply the conditions imposed by this Court within the stipulated time, this Court is inclined to extend the time limit for compliance with the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P. (MD) No. 18354 of 2025 till 15.04.2026. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
