*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] Mr.T.Mohan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is involved in a case in Crime No.157 of 2017, for the offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and he was remanded to judicial custody by the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.II, Nagercoil, on 20.07.2017.

2. In view of the information given by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for adjudication in this Habeas Corpus Petition.
