ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents to shift the petitioner's existing Electricity Service Connection bearing No.34 along with the Electric Pole from landed property in Survey No.211/1A1A to the petitioner's landed property in Survey No.211/1-C situated at Perumpulli Village, Vedasandur Taluk, Dindigul District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 05.04.2022 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner seeks for shifting of the aforementioned electricity service connection along with the electricity pole. She 1/3

has given a representation on 05.04.2022 for the said purpose to the respondents. The petitioner has also given an undertaking affidavit along with the representation to bear the cost. 3.Heard Mr.J.Lawrance, learned Counsel for the writ petitioner and Mr.S.Deenadhayalan, learned Standing Counsel, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the second respondent, if the petitioner's representation is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and any other necessary party, whom the second respondent deems fit to enquire.

5.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the second respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation dated 05.04.2022 seeking for shifting of the existing Electricity Service Connection bearing No.34 along with the Electric Pole from landed property in Survey No.211/1A1A to the petitioner's landed property in Survey No.211/1-C situated at Perumpulli Village, Vedasandur Taluk, Dindigul District, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and any other necessary party, whom the second respondent deems fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
