ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to to extend the time to furnish sureties in Crl.OP(MD)No.57 of 2026 dated 23.10.2025. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed by the petitioner that he is working as an Auto Driver and could not arrange sureties and comply the conditions imposed by this Court within the stipulated time, this Court is inclined to extend the time limit for compliance with the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P. (MD) No. 57 of 2026 till 15.04.2026.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
