Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Rajarajan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

2.The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the third respondent to consider his representation dated 08.09.2014 through which he is seeking for regularization of his service. 3.The grievance of the petitioner is that even though he is working for the past 25 years on part time basis as sweeper, his service is not regularised so far. Therefore, he has made a representation on 08.09.2014 seeking for benefit of regularization. It is stated that the said representation is still pending and not yet disposed of. 4.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.09.2014 seeking for regularization and pass https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
