Prayer: This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the petitioner's husband in person or body of the petitioner's husband namely Palavesam, Son of Velu, aged about 74 years before this Court and set him at liberty.

For Petitioner :Mr.R.Sadagoban Rengasamy For Respondents 1and 2 : Mr.T.Mohan Additional Public Prosecutor.

For 3rd Respondent : Mr.T.Selvam

O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J) It is only extension of family dispute. The petitioner and her two daughters are on the one side and the detenu and another daughter along with the third respondent, who is the son of the detenu are on other side. Now the detenu is under the custody of the other daughter. The detenu has been taken to the other https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

daughter's house by the third respondent.

2.In such view of the matter, we do not find any illegal custody involved.
