This petition has been filed to set aside the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.199 of 2019 in Spl.Case No.33 of 2018, dated 14.05.2019 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Needhimandram, (Full Additional Charge), Tirunelveli.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that already the matter has been settled between the parties by way of compromise and the entire proceedings in Spl.Case No.33 of 2018, dated 14.05.2019 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Needhimandram, (Full Additional Charge), Tirunelveli already quashed by this Court.
