(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J) The petitioner is the father of the detenue. According to him, she is in the illegal custody of the private respondent. 2.The detenue is present before us today being a major has informed us that she has left the home voluntarily and married the third respondent. She has also produced the document in support of the marriage.
