[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner has filed this petition seeking production of his son before this Court and set him at liberty. 2.It appears that the detenu has married the daughter of the third respondent, who has also given a complaint, which has been registered for woman missing.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that detenu and his wife Indhu are presently living with the petitioner. He would further submit that since the marriage being inter-caste marriage there is threat from respondent No.3 and therefore sufficient protection may be given to the life and limb of the detenu and Indu.

4.Since we do not find any illegal detention, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with a direction to the second respondent to see that sufficient protection is given to the detenu and his wife.
