This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 08.12.2014 and proceed with the same as per law within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that petition enquiry was conducted and the petition was closed.
