2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the substantial portion of the investigation has already been completed and they need some more time to complete the investigation. 3.Considering the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation by finding out the real truth and to file a final report before the concerned Court, either way, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
