[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner is the mother of the detenu. The detenu is a major. We enquired both the petitioner and detenu. The detenu has left the home on her own volition. We advised her to join with the petitioner and she is willing to go with her parents. Thus, we find there is no illegal detention.
