Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent Society to rectify the violation of Section 25(3) of the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, by allowing the members of the 1st respondent Society to receive salary by its members 4 to 6 and similar numerous others from the 100% Teaching Grant provided under 100% Grant in Aid Code of the Educational Department of the Government of Tamil Nadu.
