While hearing HCP (MD)No.309 of 2017, when one 'X' was produced instead of the detenu concerned in HCP(MD)No.309 of 2017, he expressed that he was ill-treated and misused by some unknown persons. [Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] Unfortunately it is informed today by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the detenu has escaped from the custody.

2.The facts leading to the Suo Motu petition has already been explained by us in an earlier order. As the detenue herself left voluntarily. We are not proposed to keep this petition pending any longer. Once again we recorded the appreciation to Miss.Bharathi Kannamma and Additional Public Prosecutor for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

assistance to the Court.

3.Accordingly, the Suo Motu H.C.P(MD)No.1066 of 2017 is dismissed.
