This petition has been filed for quashment of F.I.R in Cr.No.135 of 2017 registered by the first respondent.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that the investigation has been completed and the final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.45 of 2022 and summons has also been issued to the petitioner.
