ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and file the final report in connection with the case in Crime No.36 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police within a stipulated time period as may be fixed by this Court. 1/4

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the substantial portion of the investigation has already been completed and they need some more time to complete the investigation. 3.Considering the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation by finding out the real truth and to file a final report before the concerned Court, either way, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
