Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st Respondent to decide the place of permanent functioning of the North Kavalakuruchi Panchayat within the time frame based on the petitioners representation dated 16.03.2015.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) Mandamus has been filed to direct the authority to decide the issue which is already a subject matter of earlier order of this Court cannot be entertained. In effect, no mandamus can be issued to implement the order already passed by this Court. In this case, the earlier orders on the issue are passed in W.P(MD)Nos.3586 of 2007, 14429 and 11558 of 2014. Therefore, we find no justification to entertain one more PIL on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the very same issue. However, it is always open to the petitioner to work his remedy in the manner known to law. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
