ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by J. NISHA BANU, J.) The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for a direction, directing the respondents 1 to 5 to remove the unauthorized constriction of Kalyana Mandapam/Commercial hall made by the 6th respondent at the middle of the residential area situated in Survey No.151/5A, Thangam Nagar and Thendral Nagar, Somanathamangalam Village, Kalaiyarkoil Taluk, Sivagangai District by 2/5

considering his representations, dated 19.12.2024, 09.01.2025 and 28.01.2025. 2.Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 5, on instructions, would submit that approval has been granted in favour of the sixth respondent on 30.11.2024 for construction of Kalyana Mandapam/commercial hall and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition.

3.In view of the abovesaid submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed. If at all the petitioner has any grievance, he can challenge the same in the manner known to law, if he is so advised.
